Figui / YOUR INVITATIONNEWER CORPORATION
FIGUI PROJECT

Privacy notice

Updated October 25, 2026

Figui Project is a private house-party website hosted by 3P. The website's copyright contact is Newer Corporation. Privacy questions and removal requests: eduardo.quinones@neweragency.net.

This website uses Cloudflare D1 for account and party records and private Cloudflare R2 storage for photos. Google Drive / OneDrive is not connected. Access may also be restricted by the Sites hosting platform.

Accounts and invitations

The hosts provide guest names, school categories, personal invitation codes, and 3P membership from their roster. Signing up claims one invitation using an email and a password you choose. Passwords use salted password hashes; invitation codes and session tokens are also stored as hashes. Your email and password hash are not included in the shared guest list. We record acceptance of the website terms during signup.

What invited guests can see

Every signed-in guest can see invited names, schools, 3P membership, attendance (including people who cannot attend), costume claims, matching partners, and the shared photo album. An RSVP is not public to people without accounts. Guest signup does not grant host privileges. You may add a display name and profile picture; both are visible to other signed-in guests. Your original guest identity remains linked to your account.

Photos

Selected photos are resized and re-encoded in the browser before upload, then saved in the private shared album. Signed-in guests can view and download shared photos. Contributors and 3P can remove them. Only upload images you are allowed to share, and ask the people pictured first. This site does not send uploads to Google Drive or OneDrive.

Profile and host controls

Profile pictures are resized and re-encoded in your browser before private upload. You can replace or remove yours in your profile. Authorized Newer Corporation administrators (Eduardo Quiñones and Lucas Figueroa) can see account email addresses, edit guest and party details, manage host membership, and remove or restore guest access. Removing access immediately signs that guest out; it does not erase their contributions or account. Hosts can moderate costume claims and shared photos. Contact the hosts for account or content deletion.

Cookies and external resources

An essential first-party cookie keeps you signed in for 24 hours. The website serves fonts and logos from the same server. School names and plain letter badges identify guest groups. They do not imply school sponsorship. No school logos are used. No advertising or analytics scripts are installed. See cookie details.

Retention, access, and requests

Account information, invitations, attendance and costume records remain in the website database until the hosts remove them. Photos remain until their contributor or a host deletes them. Signing out revokes the current session; it does not delete your account. For account deletion, a correction to your name or school, or removal of content, email the hosts at eduardo.quinones@neweragency.net. Never send your password. Email verification and automated password recovery are not connected on this website.

The hosting platform processes normal connection information and may keep operational or security logs under its own policies. The application stores short-lived, hashed rate-limit counters to protect sign-in. Keep invitation codes private. A code authorizes the first account that claims it; a personal account password should be different from the invitation code.

Home-screen app and offline screen

If you add Figui to your home screen, its service worker stores only a generic offline screen and public app icons in browser Cache Storage. It does not store private pages, guest records, account responses, or party photos or profile pictures for offline viewing. Saving RSVPs, costumes and photos needs a connection. You can remove cached files through your browser’s site-data settings.
