Who this is for

Figui Project helps invited guests view the house-party details, plan attendance, coordinate costumes, and share party photos. An invitation code is for invited guests only. Receiving the code does not authorize you to invite other people or publish the address.

Limited website license

To the extent Newer Corporation owns the original website material, it grants invited guests a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to access the site for personal party planning. No ownership is transferred. This permission does not authorize resale, impersonation, unauthorized distribution of private details, or interference with the website. Rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

Your content

You keep the rights you hold in your photos and other submissions. Submit only content you own or have permission to use, and obtain consent from people you identify or photograph. By uploading, you give the website permission to store and display that content to signed-in invited guests for the party album. You retain ownership of your content; this permission is limited to running the shared album. You or a host may remove your upload.

Respect the crew

Do not post unlawful, infringing, threatening, harassing, or nonconsensual material. Do not misuse the shared invitation code, pretend to be another guest, or try to bypass access controls. Figui Crew may remove inappropriate content or restrict access.

Preview limitations and event changes

RSVPs, costumes and photos are shared among signed-in invited guests. The hosts may restrict or revoke access. Features may change or be unavailable. Do not start fights or enter the pool after drinking. The hosts may update event details; check the invitation and the hosts' messages for current information. The website provides planning information without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Updates

We will post revised terms with an updated date when the website changes materially. These terms must be reviewed when hosting, storage providers, access or moderation arrangements change.
